With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Penny has helped shape the region's media landscape while championing talent development and industry collaboration through her work with the BPA and IPA.
As Penny prepares to retire from Mediaplus Connect at the end of September, this event offers a unique opportunity to hear reflections from an outstanding career, gain insights into how our industry has evolved over the decades, and pick up valuable advice for the next generation of media and marketing professionals.
There couldn't be a more fitting way to launch our new Mingle features, Behind the BPA and Beyond the BPA.
As part of our BPA Midlands Mingle events, these new features are designed to help members get even more from the BPA. Behind the BPA will give members the opportunity to get to know the people running the Association, hearing directly from members of the BPA Leadership Team about their roles, priorities and vision for the future. Alongside this, Beyond the BPA will bring industry leaders and experts into the spotlight, sharing their career journeys, lessons learned and advice for those looking to develop and progress within the industry. We will choose one of these per event to spotlight alongside the sponsor's presentation.
